Ideal for athletic shoes, flat laces are built to fit our Low Top Ballistic Trainers and I/O Cross Trainers. They will stay very securely tied and helps spreads pressure more evenly across the top of the foot.

Keep your muddy, dirty ass shoes in their right place in your ruck. When you get home, take them out of the shoe bag and separate out the shoe insert from the shoe and get them both bone dry. Do not let your shoes just bathe in your sweat, they need to breathe (which is also why we have mesh on the front of this shoe bag, for ventilation). We also highly recommend a dedicated shoe dryer -- put it in your garage. You'll be shocked how useful it is for everyone in your family.
