In 1945, Camp Mackall, North Carolina was the forge for the Airborne paratroopers who helped secure Allied Victory in WWII. When two million people filled Times Square to celebrate the end of the war, America marked a triumph of unity, service, and purpose—a generation that returned home to build the country we love today.
We built the MACKALL 45 to honor that relentless American spirit.
We fused our elite Special Forces rucking chassis with a sharp, heritage suede upper for modern performance and old school looks. This means you can wear one pair of shoes for workouts, travel, and dinner. From a 12-mile overnight beatdown at RUCK OR DIE to stepping out in a suit on the streets of NYC, the Mackall 45 delivers zero-blister comfort, rugged durability, and uncompromising performance out of the box.

- Care Instructions: Remove insert. Hose them down thoroughly to clean off dirt and sweat, then let them air dry or use a shoe dryer (buy one and put it in your garage, you filthy animal!). Do not use a washer or dryer—it's easier this way, and your shoes will last longer.
ZERO BLISTERS OUT OF THE BOX
Our standard was no blisters, no hotspots after at least one hour with 45 lbs on your back, right out of the box - WITHOUT SOCKS ON. To achieve this, even in a sweaty Florida summer, we build a seamless heel transition and 360-degree padding wrapped in synthetic suede to eliminate any hard seams and friction points. They do what they’re supposed to do.
BUILT TO LIVE ON YOUR FEET
We created the rucking revolution and the footwear to support it from the ground up. The special sauce here is the combined support from the midsole foam and the premium insert. Rucking is harder on gear and the people wearing it, so we build it tougher to support your feet over thousands of miles on any terrain.
GOLDEN ERA PIGSKIN SUEDE
Rooted in the WWII heritage of Camp Mackall and old school performance trainers, we built the 45s with top-of-the-line pigskin nubuck suede. It has an iconic look backed by serious toughness. Over time, it breaks in even better than new, and remains supple. You’ll like them a year later even more than you like them Day 1, and that’s not something you hear every day about performance shoes.
ONE PAIR OF SHOES TO RULE THEM ALL
An old school upper with a performance upper that you can ruck all night in, hit a workout (any workout), then dress them up to get to your big meeting or a nice dinner out. You don’t need to travel with 3 pairs of shoes when you have one pair to rule them all.

Service, sacrifice, duty, country — these are all baked into the ether that we inherited in our service after 9/11.
