The purpose of a weight vest was never to make it harder to breathe. We cut a hole in our plates to take the weight off your diaphragm and give you some breathing room. This means better breathing during tough workouts and better recovery between sets. The RPC is built for comfort under weight, with a padded top handle, cushioned plate pocket, ergonomic lumbar support, and a non-abrasive back panel and shoulder straps — so comfortable you can wear it against your skin, no friction burn, no problem.

The Ruck Plate Carrier (Standard) is ideal for carrying 10LB, 20LB, or 30LB Standard Ruck Plates. It’s the perfect place to start if you’re new to rucking or want to add some extra suck to your workouts. The Ruck Plate Carrier (Long) fits a 30LB Long or 45LB Long plate and is ideal if you’re a larger guy. The Ruck Plate Carrier (Heavy) carries up to two 45lb plates (or a 45 + a 30 Long, etc.) for your toughest rucks.
